Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Yes I am but there’s a few on here that ordered a day after me or 1 days
before and they got there today. Don’t know what they playing at I really
don’t I’ve tried ringing. I was going to go in and order a different
colour to be delivered asap but they all 21 28 days. Surly everyone fed up
now.

Looking at the stock information, if you placed your order 3 weeks ago the expected dispatch timeframe is more than 28 days for delivery. 
Please keep an eye on the DPD app, as once stock is assigned to your order you'll see further updates.

Hi Linzi I ordered 2 weeks ago heard in the phone should be delivered this
week can’t get anything in the dpd app without a tracking number. Your app
says awaiting confirmation

Hi Linzi,

Keen is an understatement! I am a bit confused as to how to read it. So whoever ordered 3 weeks ago will be waiting for over 28 days and how about those of us who ordered 2 weeks ago? EE website now states 14 days for my model (Black Titanium 256GB) and I was told it was 14 days from the date of order. Surely people ordering 3 weeks ago should be about to get theirs if not already or am I missing something? CS cannot say anything and when they do it's a different story every time you speak to them. Surely EE must know what stock they receive. Any word on advice on that, please? 

 

Haha Luke glad you’ve spoken up I bet they have nothing to say to that.
I’ve rung about mine she said should be this week. They don’t know when
they get dispatched only when dpd get them they send out texts. Then when I
mentioned the 24-48 hours the ee chat was telling me yesterday she agreed
probably because I said this like they ain’t a clue either

I ordered mine on the 8th October and yesterday it said despatched in 24 hours

Chap to whom I spoke on the chat last night was more interested in selling me EE broadband than providing update on my order. And get that, when we got finally to the order he told me he could not tell me anything as he didn’t have access to the information which I found rather shocking!

It’s 21 century EE and good Customer Service is like gold and crucial in today’s business. Have seen many businesses going down slippery slope that could not provide that to their Customers 

Same with mine was 8th oct. Hopefully mine will be in a few days then xx
I totally agree with you And the customer service on chat was the same
with me selling me broadband too it’s shocking hopefully mate you will get
your text soon enough

Yesterday this had changed to 24 hours despatched now it’s showing this I haven’t had anything as of yet on my DPD app. I have got someone from EE ringing me today to see what is actually happening when I’ve had this call I will keep you all updated.
