Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

I would not believe customer service, they all saying this because they don’t know . I have spoken to the guy yesterday and he said straight he don’t know when it will dispatch as it’s not up to them

I ordered last week. I know I late to the party and I don’t expect it soon. But the tracking just says pre order is confirmed. Is this normal?

Going by EE standards and their app it is normal. After 7 days have passed from placing the order your app will update and it will say "your order is on track"
