Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.
100% they are doing everything they can, I’m in no rush I’ve got the 15PM 512GB and it’s still all good for me, I had the upgrade anytime option so used it. Another clue your getting your phone is if you have traded in you’ll get the returns bag a week or something before the new phone comes! Fingers crossed next week more phones are shipped out to everyone!
Ordered 16 pm bt on the 18th, got an order number which the tracking doesnt work. Finally, after zero communications from ee got an email on the 26th saying my order was on track and the estimated delivery is 4th-8th of october. No message from dpd yet.
I’ve received a trade in pack and have to return by the 8th october but im certain i wont receive my new phone in time. Really cant be without a phone - any advice?? TIA x
With the new-release phones usually a delay is set for the returns bag to match the delivery guidance, so they arrive around the same time.
It seems the delay for the bag hasn't set on this occasion, which is why you've received the pack and will receive automated reminders. (There isn't actually a way for us to stop the reminders as they are automated once the trade in packs are sent out).
Not to worry, we know you won't be able to return the handset just yet. All accounts and deliveries are manually checked to prevent any charges or discounts being applied/removed incorrectly due to wait times.
Please keep hold of the returns bag issued, and use it to return you old device when your new device has been delivered.
Has anyone had any movement on the 16 pro max DT 256? I ordered on the 16th, confirmation 16th, on track email 23rd and tracker states ‘4th-8th October’ but other people who ordered on the 17th have received their DPD texts for the exact same order
Ordered on the 14th tracking never changed no expected delivery, spoke with ee Tuesday was told I’d be waiting 28 days received DPD message with pin yesterday delivered today. Hopefully you hear something soon
