Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

iPhone 16 Pro received today along with a case and a screen cover. Is that normal? Already bought a screen cover and case so didn’t need it.

😂 don’t worry you will get it by end of this week, hopefully if ee starts processing the orders correctly, most of the people who had preordered on the 13th are seeing tracking for 27-1, and some of them have received an dpd text message with the pin today

Has anyone that preordered on the 14th received any correspondence or update to the tracking page I’m yet to get anything

I called my local store and said when I ordered it on the 16th and asked had my phone came in on the off chance and when she asked was is it the pro max her words were “…oh yeah…you’ll not be getting that until mid October unfortunately.” I just said delightful

Ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max 1tb sand titanium on 13th paid £500 upfront & was told it should be shipped 20th. Rang customer services 20th and was told it was told it would likley be upto 14 days, but he hopes next week.

Rang again today & was told it could be upto 28 days, because I have ordered a wanted colour & model. Did state to person when ordering I didnt care about colour (etc).

My brother is on 3 and had his monday.

That is disgusting I ordered the 16 pm in bt and didn’t have to pay anything upfront

So i ordered on the 13th and haven't had any messages i did call them yesterday to ask what's going on and they said I can expect it between the 27th to the 1st, some people that ordered on the 13th have got the same message as me and have started receiving dpd messages so I'm hoping I do two and hopefully you will as well

I called up waited 40 minutes in a queue to then be told that although I pre ordered on the 14th it’s going to take up to 28 days to get delivered
