Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Always had iphone on launch date was suppose to get my 16pro delivered yesterday i got dpd tracking and time slot. parcel missing when i called dpd today pffff i had to report to EE now. 

now need to wait for investigation

Try use the order tracker and your email and it should show. 

I had 2 order numbers but the 004 one worked fine on tracker.

So I've tired both and still no luck at all I got an email with the 004 number saying the order is on track? I'm very disappointed with EE this year for their "pre order" as I was told to expect it on the 20th and I've had such a wide range of answers from different ee guides

I don’t even have an 004 order number. Just an XKO number, I ordered at 2pm on 13th…

So I now have an update on my order when I check online I just get this 

So I contacted EE today and the agent told me first week of October I should get my 16 PM.

I’m not going to lie it’s frustrating I was relying on getting it this weekend so I could sell my old 14PM and pay off what I still owe on that but oh well.

Yes hopefully otherwise ee will get rich in one weeks time 😂

It depends if your order was processed on the 13th or not many people reordered after getting an error message

has anyone who ordered their pro max on the 18th got their order tracker to work?
