My husband opened another line under his plan/account for an iphone 14 pro max gold last Nov13. Since then, we have been told that delivery times are within 14 days, then 28 days, then 14 days and now 7 days on the website. How is this possible when there are customers like us who are waiting for over 55 days now! I appreciate that there are manufacturing challenges that are beyond EE’s control, however it is also unfair that we are not given any update m. We feel that our order got lost in translation because it seems that new orders are now getting their phones delivered earlier than those who ordered in November.

We have no access to accounts, as this is not customer service, but a public forum where we try to help people where possible.
I would suggest ringing customer service and they can take a look for you.
It also depends on the storage size and colour, as to what gets delivered from Apple, when they get stock.
You could check on Apple’s website to see when stocks are due, as that could give you an idea, but I would suggest giving customer service a call to find out what has happened to your order, and when you are likely to get your phone.

Just checked on the apple website and the delivery is on 12th Jan.
so why are people like us still waiting for our phones?!
I’m on my 4th week now waiting! A new customer and tempted to cancel my order and go with someone else

The EE Shop will show an expected guidance when the order is placed and any updates would show on the order tracker.
All orders are cleared on a first come, first served basis, clearing the oldest orders first.
As soon as your order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.
