I have ordered the device above on 08.12. and I had a text message that my order is on its way on 09.12. I have no updates since then and I’m not able to track the order, the tracking tool doesn’t work for me. My wife and I have ordered for Christmas same day same devices but different colours. I’m upgrading and she is new customer. She got hers on 24.12 but I haven’t heard anything about mine. If someone can look at this, or at least give me an ETA it will be much appreciated.

@Rdimov You need to call customer services about this. The current waiting period is only 7 days so you should have had this by now.

Is it not 28 days waiting time? Mine has been 28 days now but with all this COVID kicking off again in China......I can see this running into another 4 weeks.

I have called customer service last night, and they confirmed that the item hasn’t been dispatched yet. Apparently I will have an update on Tuesday the earliest, but definitely waiting time is not 7 days. Or maybe for new customers 😉
