I ordered a iphone 13 (red 128gb) on the 1st of june and have seen that it should've been dispatched within a day and I would be able to then track it via the EE track order function yet this function will not allow me to look at my order and I have not have any correspondence from DPD on when to get my order delivered. I would just like to know when I can expect my order as right now I am just thinking if I do not receive the phone shortly then I may think about leaving EE as this is just not helping and I couldn't get through to just a person to actually tell me about what the hell is going on with my order.. My other phone is broken so I am not able to call 150 so instead used someone elses phone and called the other number which I was given, All I wish to know is when I am going to get this phone and I cannot continue to wait very much longer.
