SIM upgrade to phone & sim

I upgraded last night on ee app from SIM only to sim and phone I got email last night to confirm order but when I go on ee app to track order it keeps saying it can't be tracked I also had to pay 20 pound upfront payment and it's now saying my account is 20 pound in credit plus all my data and minutes have all updated but nothing at all about delivery of phone

Hi @Chel54,

If your plan has been updated, I would expect you to receive a delivery notification from DPD this morning.

The text will include a tracking number and an estimated timeslot.

@Chel54     If you did you’ll receive a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you.   It’s quite normal to see your upfront cost on your account for a new device as it has to go somewhere on your account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I received an email with order number but when I put that number on the EE app where it says track order it just says the order can't be tracked and my SIM data as been updated so I'm confused as why I haven't had anything to confirm the delivery of the phone .
