iv’e purchased a PSVR through EE 17th may
upon use the right hand side screen flickers and goes blank . Ive contact Sony and they said I have to contact EE.
I had already Contacted EE , EE said I have to speak to Sony, some how I’ve been fobbed off by both parties.
I would like this head set exchanging with a functional unit .

@dave334 You need to speak with customer services about this. Do inform them that you did contact Sony and what they said

I contacted customer services and they told me it’s out of its 30 period , so I would have to contact Sony 🤦🏼
