IPhone 17 pro - no order tracking

I ordered a pay monthly iphone 17 pro (esim) on Wednesday afternoon, I've received my XKO number and confirmation but no tracking yet - I can see these are usually dispatched within 24 hours but not sure on next steps?

I asked for delivery to a store

@Lizzie205 my Mrs ordered a 17 E on Monday just gone and only last night did she get tracking info.  You should have been given an estimate delivery date as my Mrs did on Monday.  It said 3-4 days. Regardless of it saying usually dispatched within 24h on the website 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

For some reason I haven't had any indication of time frame, just the initial contract agreement and confirmation stating they'll start working on it straight away. 

Hopefully I'll receive something today or I'll give them a ring to see if there's any issues with my order

Please check your junk/spam folder if you've received a follow-up email confirming your has been processed. 
If you've not received any follow-up email you'll need to give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through successfully. 

If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss the reasons why and what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.  They can then issue you the tracking
