I purchased a TV which has arrived broken

I am trying to notify someone at EE that an order I placed has arrived broken yesterday. 
 
Frustratingly the EE service allows no way to do this via the '150' service and I have been cut off twice. when reading up online it tells me to arrange a return by call EE on 150 or through the app, but the app does not have the option to do that other than to return a mobile phone or EE broadband device.
 
Please can someone signpost me asap to arrange a replacement. I have been trying to resolve this for nearly two hours and I am losing patience.

Welcome to the community.

You need to speak to someone in our Mobile Care team on 150 who can contact our 'Supply Chain' team internally to report this.
