Hey,
ordered a new sim only plan this week on Wednesday and was told will be receiving the sim card by 1st of September, it’s 3rd of September and i still have not received it.
can you please let mw know how long?

Welcome to the community,
Sim cards are sent out via second class post, and as there is no postal delivery on Sunday, I would suggest waiting to see if it arrives tomorrow Monday, as the previous weekend was bank holiday, so there could also be a delay with the post.
Are you a new customer or did you upgrade to a new plan? If the latter is the case, your original SIM card should still work and you would not need a new SIM card.
