I pay upfront 50£ but my order was declined

When you give me my 50£ refund. I order 2 phones but wasn’t go through it was declined but any way before was declined I pay upfront 50£ and I still haven’t received refund from you

If you haven't received the refund by Monday, I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check on it from our side for you.

Welcome to the community,

How long ago is it that your order was declined?

You need to give around five days for the refund to be back in your account.

This is not customer service and there is no account access, so you would have to ring customer service.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
I already call but I still waiting for a refund from Tuesday 28th of
February
