Asking about my order confirmation

I ordered I phone 14 pro max and paid 100 pounds upfront but they didn't send any confirmation of mobile phone is ordered or not

@Mansi1 Have you checked your spam folder ?     How was this order made ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

When I called they said me they take 2 hours for che king my credit . but like I paid 100 pounds I dont know its spam or not
