I ordered a replacement Sim card last Sunday but I dont have a confirmation mail, or reference number, can you advise if this has been placed or sent please, i urgently require the replacement

Welcome to the community,
Sim cards are sent by second class post and due to Postale strikes would take longer than normal.
We have not account access as this is not customer service, so you would have to ring them. If you are near an EE store, you could go in there with some form of ID and they can then sort you out with a replacement SIM card. Remember, there are more strikes coming up.
