hi any help me out out , made an order paid money 130 pounds got email and order number , but no other information from 15th November , tracking does not work and have no emails only 1 email on 15 nov 

tried chat and they say they can do anything how long does it take to get a iPhone 14 was hoping to get it for Christmas but ee does no give any info also called store and no help there

If Apple are saying January then that is the best anyone can say unless the odd handset is available. 

The Apple factory was in covid lockdown thanks to the Chinese COVID policy, just search Google. No devices were made or shipped.
