I order a phone a week ago, haven't received delivery information yet.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A13 Black pay as you go phone a week ago, and haven't received an email about delivery yet.

The "track your order" feature doesn't work for this order.

Customer service phone line requires you to enter a number which I don't have since I haven't received my phone yet.

Wondering how I can find out what the status of my order is?

Hello @MikeMahoney ,

Welcome to the community,

If you have downloaded the DPD App and registered with the same details as here with EE, that is email address etc, then the evening before delivery you will receive notification of delivery and on the day of delivery another notification with a one hour window.

There is a free number you can ring which will not ask for your mobile number here:

https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile

If you could also let us know what phone, colour and storage size, then one of the community staff may be able to take a look to see if there is a delay. I see you have said what phone and colour, so storage size would be useful

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

The storage size is 64GB.

I should have mentioned that I didn't use a valid UK mobile number when ordering the phone as I don't have one as I just moved here. The form said that I'd be contacted via Email if I couldn't provide a valid number, so I thought it'd be okay.

Which also prevents me from using the DPD app as it requires a UK number.

The email I provided is correct and I did receive the original order confirmation.

@MikeMahoney , thank you for that information, I did not realise that you also need your mobile number for the DPD App, unfortunately I am a customer like you, but if one of the staff come here, they should be able to give you an answer.

Weekends and bank holidays are non delivery days, usually, so you may be lucky and receive it tomorrow, otherwise, you can try the free number in the link I gave you and if you have no other way of contacting them, but do have something like Skype, can ring them that way.

Hi @MikeMahoney

Can you try entering the the email and postcode you used at checkout to check for any deliveries?

Leanne

Do you mean through the DPD app?

I can't do that as I dont have a UK number to sign into the account with.

Hi @MikeMahoney

If you don't hear anything this morning, I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to check your order.
