Hi there
Is there an issue with order fulfilling at the moment? I placed my upgrade order for a z fold 4 on Friday and I've not heard anything back yet. The phone lines were chockablock too

Sorry that the phone lines were so busy for you, but it is bank holiday weekend, so probably not so many staff to answer phones either, but I would suggest waiting to see if you will get a response tomorrow when all is open again.
You will receive notification the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window from DPD. If you have downloaded the app and registered with the details that EE have, you can keep an eye on it.
Unfortunately, unless one of the community staff have the answer for you, you may not receive that answer, as this is a public forum and most of us are customers like you.
