Hi,
I have what they call a time-sensitive problem and I’d be really grateful for any advice. Over a week ago, I upgraded - over the phone - from a SIM-only plan to one with an expensive phone - which i soon learned becomes buggy when you upgrade it. So, again via phone, it was agreed that the silver bag would be sent to me, I’d return the phone and the contract would be cancelled.
But then the postal issues intensified and the bank holiday came along. So I’m hoping I get the bag ASAP, and I’m going to return the phone by DPD. Thing is I have a really important appointment in a nearby city that will keep me away on the day I am assuming I would be finally ready to send off the phone. My dad will be home, but I can’t burden him with the complications of this.
What that means is that, despite the fact that no EE employee seems to know, I really need to prepare a label and parcel for the bag (plus phone) ahead of time, and so I need to be sure of what address the phone is expected to be sent to. Can any one advise? Sorry for the tedious explanation!

@xmtjb1 You have to use the returns package as there will be a label with codes on it so when they scan this they know the phone has been returned by you. You can not just post it back as they’ll not know it’s from you.
