Hi, I never received an order confirmation e-mail for my galaxy Fold 4, and i am having a hard time finding any concrete info to show Samsung regarding my order date to comply with there free buds promo for pre ordering the Fold 4.
I received the phone on August 26th and have a despatch date on invoice of Aug 23rd but no order date. I defo do NOT have an order confirmation email or text which shows my order details. All i got on Aug 17th was a text confirming a change of address request, which was not asked for but resolved over the phone
How do i prove to Samsung that i pre ordered the phone on the 17th Aug like i did.. Thanks, Danny
