People dont know what they are doing. I ordered a new sim on 30th of Aug. Which didnt arrive until 6th of September. So i called customer care on 7th of September and said my sim card is not arrived. So that xxxxx sent another sim card which is supposed to be a replacement sim. But instead he sent me a new sim, which means a new contract. On 7th of September I received two sim cards on post at the same time. One was the sim of first order which i placed on 30th. Irony is the first sim was never sent out until 6th of sept from your side, otherwise i would never receive two on the same day. By the way, the first sim was inserted on the phone and pac code was already given when placed the order so it activated by itself on 8th of sept. But the thing is the other sim card , which was sent out on 6th of sept, which is supposed to be deactivated by itself, as it it is a replacement sim, but it didnt, which is still active , as it was sent as a new **bleep**ing order. I called customer care . And they are saying i am **bleep**ing eligible to cancel as it is within the 14 days period. In which i never asked or ordered another sim card. The **bleep**ing cancellation team will contact me to cancel it. So i need it keep my **bleep**ing phone with me at work whenever they are calling me which I am not allows to use at work anyway.
