I applied for an upgrade and received as above in the subject line
your order is being processed with and xko order ref.
seems to have been stuck there for a few hours now I was under the impression that as the device is in stock it wouldn’t take too long
many help would be great

@Maclark10 you placed an order and that order has to be processed you will not be the only person who’s placed an order for a device. Doesn’t matter if it says it’s in stock.

Thanks Chris, was concerned as my previous attempt to gain a pay monthly phone 2 years ago was turned down but since then I have improved my credit rating so wanted to know if this was now accepted which it should be as I’ve recently taken a contract on three for my daughter
