I have checked and it shows as available to order to expect despatch within 14 days. 

With Christmas being a bank holiday I would recommend allowing a few extra days, if you still then have had no update please get in touch.

If your order is being processed you will receive an update when your order is ready for delivery.

In this case I would recommend waiting for an update from DPD once your phone has been despatched.
