iPhone 11 new contract

I ordered a new contract with ee for my son on the 26th December and I’ve paid upfront but still not got a confirmation for delivery how long does it normally take please

@Zoep4200   @AB511  You ordered on a bank history so your order would probably been processed yesterday.   It’s Christmas and like you EE staff are entitled to Christmas holiday just like DPD who deliver the device.

Oh yeah totally understand that everyone has Christmas holidays was just wondering how long waiting times were for confirmations that’s all as ordered on a bank holiday to be fair happy new year

They're definitely in stock and expected to be dispatched within one day, @Zoep4200.

It could just be the Bank Holiday that's slowed things down a bit.

DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.
