What a waste of time this company is I have been waiting for my new sim card for two weeks now and still no sim and when you call them all the say is the sim is on it's way telling you a load of rubbish I have tried to track it but no joy I think I will be leaving them

Hello Katie I called them on the 16th of December and then said that royal mail was delivering and now there saying that dpd are delivering it

Yes I do but I don't have any ID and I called the customer care team on the 22nd of December as well I'm not happy at all I'm thinking of cenceling my bill but I'm paying for a phone that I can't use I see it pointless
