I have completed an early upgrade and paid £142, this has been taken from my account and another £142 has been held in my account. Should I contact EE to get this cancelled or just wait for it to bounce back

@lukeevans00  the £142 is what you paid to early upgrade this will show on your account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

In total my bank balance has gone down £284, however the second £142 is saying pending
