Currently feel a little bit left in the dark over an ungrade I ordered on 22nd Dec.
Whilst understanding why I won't have received my new handset that's pretty obvious why I do have concerns about the fact when I check my account upgrades are still being offered on my contract even though I have selected and paid for a new phone contract?
I have received an initial we have your order email and have an order number. The order number when I attempt to tract says we can't provide any update and to wait for an EE or DPD email.
I just want to make sure my order/upgrade is received and i fully appreciate the delay due to Christmas regarding getting the handset out, I would be completely fine if I had an update to say the order would be out for delivery in 2 weeks I just need to know it's being actioned.
Anyone else in a similar boat? P.s. remind me to never upgrade over Christmas time!

The contract within your My EE account won't update until your new phone is on it's way to you.
If you wish for confirmation that your order has been received by our customer care team please give us a call on 150.
