I have no ordem number

Hi, good morning 

I bought a MacBook last Saturday but my purchase doesn't appear on the EE app and they've already debited £199 from my card.

I need to know if my purchase was processed or not.

I have not received any order number from EE and I cannot speak to anyone to find out whether the purchase was made or not.

Items purchased from the EE store pages will not show on the EE app. 

Which model MacBook did you purchase?

I purchased the MacBook Air M3. They didn't find the order number in the system but part of the payment already appears on my card.

Do you have the web link where you originally found the item for purchase?

I bought it via the DE app.

In the “Shop” option I searched for MacBook and the options appeared.
