Order Not Dispatced/Delivered

I’m looking to join EE but honestly this has not been a great first impression. I ordered my sim nearly a week ago and it still hasn’t even been dispatched let alone delivered when it says “1-2 days delivery” on the website.

Theres no live chat no customer service email and the phone line doesn’t give any options to ask about order issues. I’m hoping someone from EE can help me here thank you.
