Currently unableto track an order

I ordered a new phone yesterday- and now the order tracking link takes me to link my device, but I have no device to link as it hasn't been delivered. 

Also the main site appears to be down?

Welcome to the community,

It looks like they are updating their website, that is why you are not able to access it, at present.

If your order has gone through, which phone did you order, colour, storage size?

You will get notification from EE once it is being dispatched and one from DPD once up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

I went for the 16plus in black with 128gb- I can't imagine it will be coming soon!

@mwarrington , there is a backlog, even on Apple website, they are saying end of October, I have just put my order in for the IPhone Max Pro and Iwatch on EE and they say end of October, this happens every year, Apple just cannot keep up with demand.
