How long does upgrade anytime return phone take

Decided to upgrade my phone after a year and the phone I have sent back hasn’t yet been cleared and I’m about worried, as I keep getting texts reminding me to post it. I used the prepaid envelope and sent it on the 7th of feb. Should I be worried?

@Niallls   You need to call customer services about this.   Have you had any information stating they have received the parcel?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No I have heard nothing from them. I’ll give them a call after work.

Just got off the phone with them 

they said this time line is pretty normal and if it’s not done by Tuesday next week I should give them a call to see what options I have.
