HELP

I really need some help!!!! My phone was due to arrive last week and it still hasn't. I am going away tomorrow and EE are being so unhelpful as I need to cancel this contract as it has not arrived. Please could someone help- your customer service is appalling.

Whilst we don't have account access via the Community, I definitely want to make sure you're put in contact with the best people that can help advise on what's happening. 

Which model of phone is it you've gone for, and was this an upgrade or a brand new contract?
