This is the only place I could find to leave positive feedback!  After a mix up with my order (caused by us and not EE) I spoke to Logan Thorton on 25/4/23, who was absolutely brilliant in getting it all sorted out for me. She was so patient and helped me set up my Perks account. I'm pretty sure this took her past the end of her shift, but she wanted to make sure that the matter was resolved. Logan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Please pass on my thanks if possible.
