Failed delivery for 3 days in a row...

I have placed am order on the 18th where it said that would be delivered next day!

Today it is the 3rd day DPD failed the delivery and when trying to track ou DPD Website the page is just blank and EE order tracking only says dispatched! Unacceptable... who can advise?

* Amendment: I have placed the order on the17th, and 1st delivery booked for the 18th

Have you had contact to say your order was out for delivery, with a one-hour time slot?

 

Did DPD contact you to say it had failed?

Indeed, For the 3 days I received the 1 hr Slot!

Were you notified why the delivery failed?

 

Have you contacted DPD?

Hi Jon, 

1st time because DPD could not find the address

2nd time because there was unexpected issues in my area (none visible)

3rd time delay

 

Today, it only says that it will be delivered but no timeframe.

NO link today, I'm using the same link, by order reference number and ir is saying quote: 

Your parcel is at our **** depot Your parcel is due for delivery Today.

I'd recommend keeping an eye on the DPD app for updates, @Patricia19871.

 

You should be notified when it's going to be delivered.

It's past 11am and that is the time DPD usually shares the timeframe the order will be delivered. its now 4 days and still no phone. 

 

EE promises 24hr delivery...
