I ordered a new iPhone 14 pro a week ago as an upgrade and got confirmation saying that my order is on its way. However, have not heard anything since and when I try and track my order it says sorry we can’t show you order details now. My contract is up within the next week on my old phone so need my new one before that.
any help ?

@Calum28 you’ll not get cut off if you’ve not received your new device by the time your minimum term is up. You don’t get cut off even if you don’t upgrade. You have to give notice to terminate but as you’ve upgraded you’ll retain a working service.
