EE have sent me a FAKE phone and customer care is absolutely terrible all I am getting told is nothing they can do.

I can see you contacted us about this back in December, and @Lesley_W sent the details for raising this with our complaints team.

If you haven't done this already, I would definitely recommend checking out the details on our code of practice.
