I ordered an iPhone 16 through an upgrade on the 7th of this month, according to the EE tracking it has been dispatched for over a week and yet I have heard nothing from any delivery company about it and all the ee tracking reads is that its been dispatched and that is the most up to date information, can anyone help?

I've had a check of the model you've gone for here, and this is showing as in stock and available for next day delivery, so you should definitely have seen an update by now.
Like @Chris_B mentioned, giving our customer care team a call will definitely be the best way to move forwards with this, as they can see right away if this has been dispatched to DPD and provide any necessary tracking details too.

@Kyle004 You’ll need to call customer support about this. ( 150 from your device). So you haven’t received a tracking number from EE And DPD haven’t text you to say they have a package for you with a tracking number?

Hi there, I have received an order number from ee in an email that can be used through their tracking system which tells me its been dispatched, it has said this for over a week, but I have heard nothing from dpd about a delivery

I should also add that I haven't received an email to confirm that my item has been dispatched by EE, just the confirmation of the order

So perhaps they haven't dispatched my order and I'm potentially reading their tracking site wrong? After looking through some more community posts I see that stick level could play a factor in a delay, I ordered an iPhone 16 128gb in ultramarine if this is of any help
