Earbuds not delivered or dispatched

Ordered Sony WF-C710N earbuds on August 31, said free delivery in 1-3 business days but earbuds haven’t been delivered or dispatched after almost a week, when can I expect them to actually arrive?

Did you purchase the earbuds outright or was it paid monthly on your EE bill?

Does the order number start SO, EE or XKO? Please don't put the full order number here.

The earbuds were purchased outright and the order number starts with EE
