As the title. I ordered a pixel 10 pro (jade, 256gb) as an upgrade 2 weeks ago. Order was confirmed, and I expected a dpd tracking link within 14 days (as per the Web page when I ordered tj phone) when the phone was dispatched.
But it's now 14 days later and I've not heard a thing. The order tracking graphic on the ee app shows as dispatched, but there's no dispatch date showing and I've had no dpd link, and no phone has been delivered.
Is there a delay in dispatching pixel 10 pros? If so, is there any rough timeline on when I can expect my phone to be dispatched? I don't mind waiting, but the fact I've had no communication is incredibly poor. Just an email to say it's on back order and I can expect to recieve it within 28 days (or whatever) would have been appreciated. Not just a confirmation email and then to be left in the dark.

If you have checked EE order tracking and that doesn't help then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Also download the DPD app.

Welcome to the community.
The current delivery guidance for the Google Pixel 10 Pro (256GB, Jade), is to expect dispatch within 21 days.
All orders are sent out in the order in which they were placed, from oldest order to newest. DPD will be in touch with you when it is ready to be delivered.
