Sent my phone in to get some cash for my samsung s21+ was quoted £225, the phone had no marks, scratches infact it had no damage whatsoever, the phone was like brand new and was sent in that way.
Had an email today to say my phone had a long list of faults with scratches and damage, and the new Quote was £68 what a rip off, i have reported this to my local trading standards as this is definitely unsatisfactory!!
I had decided to use EE trade in even though i was warned not to simply because you get ripped off when there is nothing wrong with the phone they seem to find things that weren't there before. Have now asked for my phone back
