I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max Gold 128Gb. on my confirmation email it says usually dispatched within 1 working day. It also comes up with an error message when i try to track it on the EE website

@a2000   If you look at the online page for this device you will see that it says

” usually dispatch within 14 days” 

 You will get a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you your order number which starts with an XKN or an XKO is an order number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I got a text message from EE stating my order number and saying i can track it using my order number?

@a2000   Obviously not as a device hasn’t been allocated to you as there is a waiting period upto 14 days.    You can not track whats not yet been allocated to you as there’s nothing to track.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Are they still within 14 days as it has been 2 weeks and i still have not heard anything since the day i ordered it

That's correct, the current guidance is still to expect despatch within 14 days. 

I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can chase this for you.
