Why can't I get information about my order on the website? gives error.

I upgraded my plan to iPhone 14 pro max deep purple 128g, I got a msg from EE saying my order is on the way, but I can't access information on the website, why?

When did you upgrade your phone?

Has your plan changed within your My EE?

the new plan is not yet active in the app, I would like to track my order on the website, I can't enter the order number and email

As soon as your order is ready for despatch you will be notified. 

If you are unable to track your order online and wish for an update please give us a call on 150.
