Hi I was wondering if anyone knows as I placed an order twice..1 at 13.06pm yesterday and 15.26pm yesterday and they took the deposit twice and was given 2 different order numbers and I know 1 has passed,just wondering if anyone thinks the other would get passed and that I just need to wait for confirmation as now if I click on accessories there asking for full payment now instead.

@Spuggy17  If you want to purchase from the add to plan store you need to of had that contract for 30 days first if you want to purchase the item monthly along with your contract bill. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Leanne I was on the phone this morning for nearly 50mins and all I kepted getting told is that they can only find 1 of the order numbers and they can't find the other but the deposit money had been took out of me bank for the 2 products.

 

They didn't have aclue this morning and if I haven't been passed for the both then I'd like the deposit back and NOT ON MY BILL BACK IN MY BANK.please.

If the order is cancelled, the pending payment would go back into your available balance @Spuggy17

If you would like this looked into further, I would suggest giving us another call as the team will have access to your account and can help you get this checked.

They said 1 is at the warehouse but can't find anything regarding the other order number but if I click to go to purchase now it asks for full payment so me head is done in on whether I'm getting 2 products or just the 1 and really can't be doing ringing again especially after this morning and going round in circles as they didn't have alcue either.

You would have two showing in your My EE account once the orders have been processed if they were both accepted.

One was placed 13.06 and the other 15.26 both on the 30th Dec and they said that the reason they might not be able to see the order number for the other is coz it might not of been processed yet and that if I've been giving a order number and deposit took then they can't see why they can't find it.

If this is still the same after 24 hours and not showing in your My EE, please call us again. We have no account access on the community to look into this for you.

I got a txt saying thanks for adding a product at 10.08am but that was of the 1st order number so I'll wait like you said especially with the new year then the bank holiday on Mon.
