EE Perks code invalid

Hi. I have generated a 20% code from my EE Perks account. I have then selected the package I want and it keeps flashing on "code is invalid". I got the code last week. I have tried this several times but no joy. Any help or support greatly appreciated. Thanks 😊

There may be a discount on your account that is incompatible with EE Perk.
