I've paid for my upgrade but had no confirmation? Its pending out of my account ?!

Hi Grace. 

I had this problem also. On 2 occasions I've ordered with EE and paid for a product and service and I didn't receive any notification at all until I got a text from DPD to give me a time slot for my delivery. 

I'm sure the order has gone through fine, but their order confirmation system certainly needs some work.

That's great thank you. I haven't had a text from DPD , But I will wait if the money comes out of my account as its pending.
