E-Sim Confirmation Email

I am not sure why does this have to be so complicated, but why did I not receive a confirmation email after buying my e-sim? Why is EE quick to charge and not efficient in providing it's services I paid for?

  • @enrico08 , we have no account access and do not know who you are, I would suggest speaking to customer support, who will have all the details of your account and can see what is going on.
To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
