So I'm torn with EE, I order the phone on line, DPD lose the phone - really! after a nightmare of calls eventually EE sorted it out - cancelled my phone on-line and enabled me to go instore instead. However I've still not received my refund of paying £50 twice upfront fee.. This is not a great customer experience..

@chalkj Refunds take from between 5-10 working days. It’s also Christmas so it might take a bit longer.

If it's been longer that the timescale @Chris_B mentioned, I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team again about this.
