I ordered my new phone on Christmas day so I was aware delivery would not be next day like it stated. However, I can't track my parcel on the website - it just says it cannot update me right now. I haven't been given a tracking number for DPD and still no update email or text yet. I'd just like an estimated delivery time as I'll be back at work from tomorrow. No response on twitter.
