 does this mean it has already been dispatched? Ive recieved no tracking information and just a successful order email. Have I definitely been approved and passed credit check etc?

Welcome to the community,

It sounds like your order has been successful, otherwise you would have heard from EE.

Make sure that you have the DPD App, as you will get notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number to show the driver when he delivers your device.

We cannot check here as we have no account access and do not know who you are. 

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
